Returns
At Flooret Commercial, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because commercial orders are often project-based and made to order, returns are subject to the terms listed
- Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- All return requests must be approved prior to shipment back to Flooret.
- Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.
- Returned materials are subject to inspection upon receipt.
All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom, special-order, discontinued, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after inspection and processing.
